Google Drive or GoDaddy Online Storage?

GoDaddy Online StorageIf you’re like me, you want access to your files from any location.

When Google announced the launch of Google Drive on April 24, I wanted to learn more. The bottom line is Google Drive offers 5GB of free online storage. It’s easy to set up and if you need more, 25GB runs $2.49/month.

Sounds pretty good, right? Well, if you need more than the free 5GB, you’re better off with GoDaddy.com’s Online Storage. For the same $2.49/month you get 100GB.

Love competition 🙂

UPDATE June 12, 2012

Gave up on GoDaddy’s online storage – Google Drive was much more user-friendly and faster. Worth the money to get a larger Google Drive account. YMMV
